CANCELLATION & damage POLICY

LITCHFIELD PADDLE CANCELLATION POLICY

We want your paddling experience to be a positive one, so any weather related cancellations are exempt from the cancellation policy.


Any changes or cancellations more than 48 hours ahead can be rescheduled. Within 48 hours is subject to our discretion. This policy is specifically designed to account for personal emergencies or unavoidable circumstances. 

LITCHFIELD PADDLE DAMAGE POLICY

 Customer agrees to return the paddlecraft, life jackets, paddles in clean, UNDAMAGED condition to avoid any ADDITIONAL charges for repair, maintenance or replacement. 


Customer accepts use of agreement, AS IS, in good condition and accepts full responsibility for the care of the equipment while under his/her possession. Damaged paddlecraft parts or components will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Litchfield Paddle and the customer agrees to pay regular shop labour rates and retail prices for components replaced if damage is not due to normal wear and tear.
