PARTICIPANT RELEASE OF LIABILTY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

 PFD's must be worn (and fastened) at all times on the water.

Minimum age to rent without a parent or guardian is 18.  Children ages 7 - 17 who are accompanied by a legal guardian, and are experienced swimmers, are welcome.

The use of recreational drugs or alcohol is not permitted at any time.  We reserve the right to refuse to rent to any individual or group we feel is putting themselves, others, or our waters at risk.

Renter takes full responsibility for all equipment included in the rental. Renter assumes any and all liability in regards to loss or damage to equipment and agrees to pay for repair or replacement as assessed by Litchfield Paddle.

In order to proceed with your Rental, you must first fill out our Waiver,  which relieves and absolves us from liability for injuries sustained while renting our equipment and participating in Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, and Canoeing.
